Soft White Bread
Ingredients
1 c warm water
1/2 c warm whole milk
2 T sugar
2 T vegetable oil
1 t salt
1 packet instant yeast
4 c bread flour
1 T soft butter (not melted)
Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add flour.

Knead for 6 minutes using a dough hook.

Add soft butter.

Knead for additional 2 minutes.

Cover and allow to rest for 30-60 minutes (until doubled in size).

Punch down.

Split in half.

Stretch each into a rectangle about an inch thick.

Roll the rectangles into loaves.

Add loaves to buttered bread pans.
-
Allow to rise for 20-30 minutes (doubled in size).

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and brush with butter.
